Men’s Softball Tournament

Saturday, July 18
Central Park
Games play at Hopkins Central Park. First place team receives individual shirts and gift certificate. Second place team receives gift certificate. Teams are required to supply one new USSSA Yellow 12″ Dudley blue-stitch ball/tournament. For Class C and D teams only (two home run limit). There is a three game guarantee for each tournament. Hopkins Raspberry 7’s Rugby Tournament

Saturday, July 18, 9 am – 8 pm
Maetzold Field
Come see Rugby like it will be played in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hopkins Girls and Boys teams will be playing against other local Rugby teams. For more information, contact email: hopkinsrugby@aol.com

Soap Box Derby

Saturday, July 18, 11:30 am – 3 pm
Hilltop Park
Soap Box Derby racing consists of a non-motorized car that is launched from a ramp on top of a hill. This program is for children, ages 6 – 16. For more information or to register, visit the Soap Box Derby Registration Page.

Hopkins American Legion Bean Bag Tournament

Saturday, July 18, 1 pm – 3 pm
American Legion Lot
Check-in begins at Noon. Cost is $10 per person and payouts will be given for first, second and third place.

MN Disc Dog Club Frisbee Competition

Saturday, July 18, 4 pm – 8 pm
Central Park
The Minnesota Disc Dog Club will host a dog frisbee competition on July 14th beginning at 4 p.m. This event will be free for spectators as part of the Hopkins Raspberry Festival. If your own dog will catch a frisbee, consider bringing him/her along to play! New players are always welcome and the Novice division is free to enter! 5-Mile/1-Mile Raspberry Run

Sunday, July 19, 11:00am
Join us for our 48th year! The Hopkins Raspberry Run is one of Minnesota’s great running traditions. Participation for youth 18 & under is free as part of the Twin Cities Track Club ‘Kids Run Free’ initiative. So bring the whole family for the race and stay for the Hopkins Raspberry Festival Parade.
